Dear Laura,

Yesterday, our family(minus Bubba) planted flowers in the backyard. Daddy came up with the idea to have each of us buy a potted plant or flower so we could plant them in the backyard. Bubba didn't do his yet because he hasn't got one, and he wasn't home when we planted them anyway :)

While we planted our flowers, you supervised from the porch. As you can tell, you are a very, very good supervisor!

Not losing sight of us....not even for a second ;)

You were such a good girl waiting patiently for your turn. You had to wait a long time considering we were going by oldest to youngest and you're the youngest :)

Finally, it was your turn to plant your flower! YAY!

You worked SO hard, digging and digging, with all of your might!

But after a second, you had to take a little rest. That's a lot of work for such a little girl such as yourself!

But then you got straight back to work! This was taken right after you placed the flower in the ground and filled the hole with dirt :)

Don't you look so pretty? As if you didn't even break a sweat!

But unfortunately, the day had to come to an end! You had so much fun planting your flower though! They sure do look pretty in the yard too :)
I love you, sweetie!

Love,
Sissy

Our yard is a little wild, we are in the country:) Give Laura a kiss from us- just a few more months til we get to see her!
